ISCAR Membership Payment by Credit Card

It is possible to pay your ISCAR membership contribution by credit card.

For security reasons, you should not send your credit card information over the internet; it is necessary to send or fax the relevant form

Procedure

1. If you have not previously registered as an ISCAR member, then please register first.
2. Fill out and sign a form that authorizes us to make a charge on your credit card. You may use either:
   • Pdf form (possible to fill in relevant fields with Acrobat Reader, and then print)
   • html form (requires that you print form and then fill in)
3. Send the completed form
